Roscoe Barnes III, Ph.D., is a prison chaplain, former award-winning journalist, and independent scholar of church history. He holds a doctorate from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, a M.A.R. from the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg, and B.S. and A.S. degrees from East Coast Bible College, Charlotte, N.C. Commander Manuel “Don” A. Biadog, CHC, USN (Ret.), served under the supervision of Captain Russell P. Spittler, CHC, USN, and was one of his students at Fuller Theological Seminary. He retired from the US Navy while serving as the Command Chaplain, MCAS Miramar, San Diego, California, having served for nearly 30 years with honors and the recognition of the president of the United States. Chaplain Biadog is a Southern Baptist minister and a delegate from the SBC to mentor SBC military chaplains throughout the world. He was the first chaplain to use the Modern English Version as a pew Bible in the United States Armed Forces.

Brandon Biggs is a graduate student at a classical Pentecostal institute of higher learning and lives in Texas.

Frank H. Billman, B.A. (Houghton College), M.Div. (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School), Th.M. (Trinity Evangelical Divinity School), D.Min. (Eastern Baptist [now Palmer] Theological Seminary), is an educator, pastor, author, and international speaker. He is currently leading the doctor of ministry program in supernatural ministry at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio. While on the staff of Aldersgate Renewal Ministries for 12 years, he led workshops, local and regional renewal events, was supervisor for International Ministries, Methodist School of Supernatural Ministries, and Supernatural Ministry Intensives, and was a general session speaker at the national conferences. In addition to numerous articles, he is the author of Shepherding Renewal (Aldersgate Renewal Ministries, 2011), and The Supernatural Thread in Methodism: Signs and Wonders Among Methodists Then and Now (Creation House, 2013).

Walter R. Bodine (as of 1992) is currently engaged in independent scholarly work in biblical and ancient Near Eastern studies, focusing now on Sumerian and Assyriological studies. He received a Ph.D. (Northwest Semitics and Old Testament, 1973) from Harvard University. He chaired the Linguistics and Biblical Hebrew unit of the Society of Biblical Literature from 1982-1991. He has published several scholarly works, including Linguistics and Biblical Hebrew (Eisenbrauns, 1992), The Greek Text of Judges: Recensional Developments (Harvard Semitic Monographs, no. 23; Scholars Press, 1980), and Discourse Analysis and Biblical Literature (Society of Biblical Literature, 1995).

Reinhard W. G. Bonnke died on December 7, 2019. He was principally known for his evangelistic Great Gospel Crusades throughout Africa. After attending Bible College in Wales, he pastored a church in his native Germany and then went on to start missionary work in Africa. He began holding meetings in a tent that accommodated 800 people, but attendance soon exceeded the capacity of any structure and he began open-air meetings and eventually conducting city-wide gatherings with as many as 1,600,000 people attending a single meeting. James A. Borland, Th.D. (Grace Theological Seminary), is past president of the Evangelical Theological Society, and Secretary-Treasurer since 1992. He is Professor Emeritus of New Testament and Theology at the Rawlings School of Divinity at Liberty University (Lynchburg, Virginia) having taught there since 1977. He served on the N.T. Executive Translation Committee for the NKJV, penned Christ in the Old Testament, A General Introduction to the New Testament, and six biblical commentaries. He is a founding member of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.

Kirk Bottomly, M.Div. (Princeton Theological Seminary, 1990), has been the Senior Pastor at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church, in Fair Oaks, California, since 2008. After a career in technical and speech writing, Kirk then attended Princeton Seminary where he received his Masters of Divinity. Steve Bremner is a Canadian missionary to Peru with his wife Lili and daughter Jemina.
