This cover story is an informative and encouraging introduction to the place Koreans are taking in global missions. No one that is interested in what God is doing in the majority world or the changing face of missionary effort will want to miss this article. Dale M. Coulter, “Pentecostal Visions of the End: Eschatology, Ecclesiology and the Fascination of the Left Behind Series” Journal of Pentecostal Theology 14:1 (October 2005), pages 81-98.

Lee University professor Dale Coulter says that there is a connection between classical Pentecostals’ understanding of the end times and their doctrine of the church. This intersection of bible prophecy and how the church should function was influenced by early Pentecostals’ understanding of divine authority and today influences Pentecostal ecumenical outreach or isolation.
