The Bible and Christian Ethics, reviewed by Stephen Vantassel
Overall, the editors did a good job selecting articles that take different approaches to these thorny ethical topics. I would have liked the editors to have provided the citations for the original journal articles so that we could situate them within their historical context. The book needed tighter editing as it contained numerous typos. Teachers of biblical ethics classes should consider this text for supplemental reading as the articles are not overly technical in their sourcing or terminology. Thus they are completely suitable for college level and above.
