On August 31st, 1985, Soh Pooi Siang, also known as Philip Soh, decided to leave his job as a Volvo car salesman and take a walk with God. His walk took him to Ba’kelalan where he attended Bible school. He spent six years there before returning to West Malaysia. He is now facilitating a small group of indigenous people to minister to the Lord at a prayer hill in Bentong, Pahang, West Malaysia. He is married and he and his wife, Alasandrie, have five children.
