Interesting that only in his last paragraph does he clearly note the movements emphasis on world evangelism. Anyone who reads the founding document of the Assemblies of God will see that world missions was indeed a primary purpose for which the organisation came into being.

In point of fact, Durham advocated what may be termed ‘single work perfectionism’ (Farkas’ term) in which one attains entire sanctification by faith at the moment of regeneration.”
