Did that leave us with 1,700 years of creeds without the Spirit and therefore no life, for the law without the Spirit kills? Of course pastors were not equipped to guide gifts of prophecy when God’s Spirit tries to break back into the church. Jesus is alive? yikes! Of course Satan is going to shut down any attempt of God to set his people free from the devil’s ‘prisoner-of-war-camp’ that we call the church.

Prophecy – God’s word in our mouths spoken with God’s authority and bearing fruit- that would bring down kingdoms. Jezebel resists. Religion resists. But no ‘prison escape’ allowed by the prison guard – the ‘uneasy’ pastor.

Can you imagine what would happen if there was true prophecy? God’s people encouraged. Keys to effective prayer released. Jezebel exposed. Strongholds broken! The prison gates of Hell not holding. The Bride dances and sings in her new freedom! Wow!
