I am currently part of a church in Lexington, Kentucky that seeks to put this discipline of &#039;standing in the gap&#039; into practice. On Sundays, the pastor asks the young adult group to meet with him and discuss current events from the previous week; as a community, we wrestle with finding God in both the mundane and chaotic events of the week and then offer collective prayers.
