Reach the Unreached and Stand with the Persecuted: an Interview with Tom and JoAnn Doyle

PneumaReview.com: As the two of you have traveled have you seen gifts of the Holy Spirit such as tongues, prophecy, and healing in operation in the countries you minister in?

Tom and JoAnn: Healing probably the most. Believers routinely ask Muslims if they can pray for them if they are sick and many have been healed and then they were ready to receive Christ. Jesus did this when he healed people physically, but the real issue was that they were sick spiritually.

PneumaReview.com: What impresses you most about the believers you have met in the Middle East?

Tom and JoAnn: That they are ready to die for Jesus. And this is before they receive Jesus!

PneumaReview.com: Where can people learn more about your ministry?

Tom and JoAnn: www.unchartedministries.com and www.ifoundthetruth.com

Thank you! Tom and JoAnn

About the Author: Tom Doyle is President of Uncharted Ministries. In 2001, right before the September 11th attacks, Tom left the pastorate and he and his wife, JoAnn, began working full time in the Middle East. Tom and JoAnn co-authored Women Who Risk: Secret Agents for Jesus in the Muslim World. Tom is author of Dreams and Visions: Is Jesus Awakening the Muslim World? and Breakthrough: The Return of Hope to the Middle East. His book, Killing Christians: Living the Faith Where It’s Not Safe to Believe, takes readers to secret meetings, torture rooms, grim prisons, and even the executions of those who choose faith over survival in countries hostile to the Gospel of Christ. He is also author of Standing in the Fire: Courageous Christians Living in Frightening Times, a finalist for the 2018 ECPA book of the year, telling the triumphant stories of Middle Eastern heroes of faith who feared God more than terrorist groups like ISIS.
