Encouraging the Team

Is the worship leader given words of encouragement from the congregation, the pastor, or from the Lord? The team needs to share in that encouragement.

Some people can never get enough appreciation and encouragement, and they will still be discouraged. Others can get along quite well without needing to hear a reaction from anyone, either positive or negative. Yet, we must be sensitive to hearing the Lord’s heart.
